100% Client-Side Privacy: Zero files or data uploaded.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Zero Data Ingestion Guarantee

Toolenix does not operate any file processing servers. When you upload a PDF, image, spreadsheet, or code file, it is processed strictly in your local device's memory.

2. What we collect: nothing

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, no contact forms that store submissions, and no databases holding your information — because there is nothing to put in them. The numbers you type into our calculators and the files you process with our tools never leave your browser.

3. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (such as which pages are visited). This analytics product is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sites, and does not collect personal identifiers. We cannot and do not build profiles of individual visitors.

4. Cookies

Toolenix does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser's local storage may be used solely for functional preferences you choose yourself, such as your light/dark theme selection — this data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

5. Third-party infrastructure

Our site is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network, which may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) purely to deliver pages and protect against abuse, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We do not receive or retain this data.

6. GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA compliance

Because Toolenix never collects, stores, transmits, or processes personal data on any server, our services are naturally compliant with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, US HIPAA, and California CCPA regulations. There is no personal data to access, correct, or delete — but if you have any privacy question, contact us at contact@toolenix.com and a human will reply.

7. Children's privacy

Toolenix contains no age-restricted content and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. Our tools are safe for classroom and family use.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Given our architecture, any future change would only ever narrow data practices further — never expand them.
